Description:
The quirk is the building–it’s an old Pizza Hut (replete with trapezoid windows) converted into a barbeque joint. Two of the specialties that I haven’t yet tried are appetizers: pimento cheese and crackers, and pimento cheese with pork rinds.
If you could only eat one item on the menu:

What type of entrees are available:
Pork, Beef, Turkey, Vegetarian-friendly options, Ribs, Brisket, Sausage, BBQ Jackfruit (vegan)
For traditional (“Southern”) barbecue restaurants: What type(s) of sauces are available?
Vinegar, Red/Tomato, White, Kansas style–which I guess is tomato-based, but theirs is delicious. They also have a tomato-based sauce called “Diablo” (and it is).
