Description:
B’s is world famous and known as the place that originated the Eastern NC bbq style. It is whole hog and cooked in vinegar and a hot sauce. It is then chopped. They only stay open until they sell out. It’s still owned by the original family and is very much a place where you can’t let the outside dissuade you.
