Dreamland is a legendary Tuscaloosa barbecue joint started in 1958 in Tuscaloosa, AL, and is known for its world-famous ribs and sauce. In 2019, Dreamland Bar-B-Que founder John “Big Daddy” Bishop was inducted posthumously into the Barbecue Hall of Fame by The American Royal Association.
