Lewis Barbecue is a classic Texas-style place serving the best Texas smoked meats outside of Lockhart/Austin. Indoor and outdoor seating. Smell the smoke ๐Ÿ™‚ Enter and make your way to the counter to order. Menu is above the counter with daily specials (as well as on their website). Order meats by the pound or select sandwiches. Texas Hot Guts sausage and Green Chile Cheddar sausage are unique. Sides come in single serving or pints/quarts. Mac n cheese has a tang ๐Ÿ™‚ Bar serves cocktails, wine, and draft beers.

If you could only eat one item on the menu:
Saturday special – giant beef short rib. Generally 1-1.5 pounds per bone. Perfectly cooked. Lean or fatty or mix. WITH outstanding mac n cheese.
